The 12-month MDP includes four progressive phases, each consisting of a variety of learning activities and personal coaching by an assigned mentor. The MDP gives you the training and support you need to be successful. This includes extensive internal training in key areas such as driver management, dispatch, intermodal and customer service. You will learn the important transactions behind the day-to-day operations of a successful transportation company.
